How Are We Shipping?
All products shipped with sealed in a box and packaged carefully. Before shipment, we test all electronics and control the mechanics of all the goods. So you will never be disappointed when you open our JSumo shipment box.
We have 2 Shipment Options:
- Registered Air Mail (3-5 Weeks)
- DHL Worldwide Express Shipment (3-5 Days)
All orders for items that are on our stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All listed products are in our stock and can be quickly sent. All deliveries are made from the Chin afrom our robotics company (JSumo – M5 Industry Mechatronics Corporation). We deliver goods worldwide.
For DHL Worldwide Express shipment arriving time is maximum four days. Usually less (For instance, we are sending from China to Japan and took 2 days)
A Shipping estimate will be shown in your cart as you add items. You may have to change your country and enter your postal/Zip code on the shopping cart page for an accurate estimate. Registered air mail price is fixed to 9,95 USD for all countries. DHL worldwide shipment prices given realtime based on order weight.

*Colombia, Paraguay, Peru shipments are sent over Brazil Postal Service. ( China >> Brasil >> Colombia, Paraguay or Peru) Because of that delays can be happen. We are sending shipment code.
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (order number #).
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
No problem. Just contact us within 30 days of the item’s original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. Send us photo of wrong product. And we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
